Fact Findings

Fact finding is a process of collection of data and information based on observation, questionnaires, interview and etc. It helps to identify the origin of leakage and this knowledge can help to avoid wrong detection during the inspection.

Fact finding can provide an abundance of useful information which will identify key elements that lead to water leakage. It plays an important role.

Without fact finding during site inspection, the possibility of detecting the origin of leakage will not be achievable; the accuracy of the source of leakage will be questionable.

Fact finding is done by asking the right questions related to the leakage that we are investigating. It is to gain more information. These information will provide connections or clues based on answers by the client. It is an analytic power.
