From Water In

Water IN is the origin source of water leakage. The cause of water leakage leading to the result on the affected area. It may found in or within the same level or it may be found on upper level subjected to site findings.

In order to eliminate the possibility of water leakage coming from the upper unit, we have to verify it. How?The same inspection done on the water OUT to confirmed there is no water leakage from the upper level.

Once water leakage from the upper level is eliminated, the detection can start from within the unit level. During inspection from water OUT, symptom found could lead to the possible source of leakage.

Water IN area from upper level is normally the direct area from water OUT from lower level. Detection is done from bottom, looking for visible stained marks. From these stained marks, it could lead to the source of leakage.

Water could be found in external wall dripping continually during sunny day. Possible leak could be water supply pipe (water IN) found near to the water OUT Sometime, water OUT area do not directly reflect leakage from water IN area as water may flow side way when the object is fully soap up with water. These water stained mark may found along floor edge which lead the water OUT.
