Water Instruction Detection

Water instruction is a defect that water penetrate through object via concrete, plaster wall, bricks wall and etc resulted in damaging structure of the building due to water leakage and seepage.

The damage is the result, these may come in the form of water found dripping from part of ceiling, stained mark on part of wall or ceiling, water seeping out from part of floor or wall, part of parquet floor found wrapping, water bubble found on part of external wall and etc.

Water leakage have to be present first in order to perform detection. The first consideration of water leakage is where is the water leaking from. By termination of water leakage, most of the leakage would be refrain, no water, no leakage.

Water is always the cause for most of leakages. Without water, leakages would not be possible. When water is applied to the equation, leakages due to wear and tear would surface.

Large numbers leakage is due to wear and tear. It is damage that naturally and inevitably as a result of normal aging. Material used in construction of building is subjected to this life span where warranty is applied. It is not avoidable as material would deficient during their life span.

Workmanship is always require for construction work. It is sometime that can not be replace by machine yet. As long as workmanship is involved, there will always subjected to human errors, there is no 100% human error free.
